Shipping Details

 We ship all orders via FedEx or UPS overnight service. Orders will typically ship out the day after they are received unless you contact us requesting a specific arrival date. Saltwater Specialty guarantees all orders to arrive alive and any DOA items must be reported the day you receive the shipment to qualify for the guarantee. A replacement of the DOA item or credit towards a future order will be granted for DOA's if reported within the timeline and with photographic evidence of the DOA, but the cost of shipping is not covered.
